my partner and i decided to take advantage of the park and fly package this hotel offers (1 night stay, they'll give you 7 days free parking) at check-in, the staff gave us a parking pass which should be placed on the dash board. usual check-in process but before letting us go, the front desk agent reminded us not to leave anything in the car as there have been break-ins happening around the richmond area. if you don't leave things inside the car, then we were told, the car should be safe. we parked in the gated lot. after 1 week, came back to the hotel and our car was in the same shape we left it. i've stayed at another Hampton Inn before and the quality of the accommodation is very consistent.

My self and 2 girl friends were taken back into the Vancouver train station at 11.p.m. after our Amtrak train was returned due to track closure near the American border. We phoned the Hampton Inn at that late hour. They found us a room at a reasonable price gave us all toothbrushes and a wonderful breakfast the next day.

We stayed one night here before leaving on an Alaskan cruise. Very nice accomodations, great complimentary breakfast, free shuttle from airport and shuttle available to cruise dock. Very pleasant , helpful desk clerks at late check-in. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Going on an early flight, my husband and i decided to stay at this hotel. The staff was great! They told us that since we will miss breakfast, there will be breakfast bags available in the morning and that there's coffee and tea at the lobby for guests. I thought that's a nice touch. When we hopped on the bus, the driver was very helpful and friendly eventhough it was so early in the morning! Guess that shows that they love what they're doing. What's great about the stay is that we were able to park our vehicle for free for a week. It is all included in the park and fly package! Overall great experience and nice comfy beds. I will stay there again on the next trip out of the country!

This hotel is close to all the good shopping and good food in Richmond, BC. It's also a good location if you want to go to the River Rock Casino for some fun. We stayed here for one night so that we could drive down to the US. The hotel is in a good location

The evening front desk people were friendly and helpful at check in and recommending restaurants. They called 15 minutes after we arrived to make sure we were happy with the room. The room was very clean and well appointed. I was impressed by little things like the lap desk and I appreciated being able to see air traffic without hearing it

Having just gone through a wonderful experience at a Hampton Inn, I decided to give it another shot at the Vancouver Airport and I was completely satisfied once again. The rate was extremely reasonable, and the bed just as heavenly as the previous Hampton. The breakfast was adequate and provided a great start to the day. Staff was good

We needed a place near the airport for an early morning flight. The Hampton is not only close (about 5 min) but also offers a shuttle. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable, and the staff tries hard to be helpful. The hotel seemed fairly new. The area around the Hotel is nothing to write home about

We stayed at the Hampton Inn the night before an early morning flight out of Vancouver and it did not disappoint. The room was fine, if rather small, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We used the business center to print out our boarding passes

We choose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle pickup. We were picked up promptly at the airport and delivered to the front door of the hampton inn in approximately 10 minutes!! The beds are very comfy with the pillow top mattress. The only negative I can report is the noise factor.
